ORDER:

1. NCM normative document is approved A.07.04: 2015 'Regulation on the project manager. "
2. NCM normative document A.07.04: 2015 'Regulation on the project manager "put into effect on 1 August 2016. 3
. Department technical and economic regulations will:
- Recording is this normative document established;
- Ensure publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
- Put this normative document on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under "Building Regulations".
- Ensure multiplication and publication in the established norm.
4. Once in force, this legal document will replace NCM A.07.04: 2002.
