1. Opting into the State Register of Securities regarding deregistration of 389 760 ordinary shares with nominal value of 200 lei per share (ISIN code MD14AGIB1008) of BC "Moldova-Agroindbank" SA
2. Records in the state register of securities:
2.1. Restructuring issuance of securities placed by BC "Moldova-Agroindbank" SA shows I-XII.
2.2. Additional issuance of shares of BC "Moldova-Agroindbank" SA worth 77.952 million lei in number of 389 760 ordinary shares with nominal value of 200 lei per share (ISIN code MD14AGIB1008) placed the issue XIV.
March. Persons authorized and licensed capital market, which keep records of securities held by the shareholders listed in the National Bank Decision No. 43 of 02.03.2016 and the Decision of the Board of the BC "Moldova-Agroindbank" SA 06.15.2016, will make entries related cancellation and, where applicable, the registration of securities, term and manner prescribed in section 3 and section 4 of the Decision of NCFM no. 15/2 of 04/07/2016, informing the National Commission of Financial Market and the National Bank of Moldova in the period up to 05.07.2016.
4. Control over the execution of this decision is entrusted with monitoring the Directorate General Directorate issuers and securities supervision.
May. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
