For the purpose of adjusting the new metrology Law nr. 19 of March 4, 2016 (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 100-104, art. 190), I HEREBY ORDER: 1. the regulations are amended by legal metrology RGML 19:2014 "National Metrology System. The State Register of measuring instruments permitted for use in the Republic of Moldova, approved through order of the Ministry of economy nr. 116 30 June 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 185-199, art. 9), as follows: a) in the title the words "National System for Metrology" is excluded;
b) Preamble-is excluded;
c) throughout the text:-the words "legal instrument" to any grammatical form shall be replaced with the words "instrument used in the public interest" to form the corresponding grammar;
-the words "instrument allowed for use in the Republic of Moldova from any grammatical form" shall be replaced with the words "instrument that holds the certificate of pattern approval" to form the corresponding grammar;
-the words "approved types of legal measuring instruments" to any grammatical form shall be replaced with the words "types of measuring instruments used in the field of public importance that holding pattern approval certificates ' corresponding to grammatical form;
d) To chapter II, point 3, the words "the Metrology Law nr. 647-XIII of 17 November 1995, as amended and supplemented, "shall be replaced with the words" Metrology Law No. 19 of March 4, 2016 ";
(e)) at its head. IV item 13 the word "shall" is excluded;
f) in paragraph 20, the words "year of approval of the type" shall be replaced with the words "approval" model year.
2. Publish this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry of economy.
3. To transmit this order National Metrology Institute for placement on the website and publication in the magazine "Metrology".
