Broadcasting Coordinating Council, at the public meeting of 17 November 2015 by pt. 1 of Decision No. 39/194, publicly warned Î.CS "Sales Intelligence" LLC, founder of the TV station Channel Fishing & Hunting Premium, for derogations from Article. 66 para. (6) of the Broadcasting Code, namely failure affidavit on transparency of ownership, and by pt. 2, the organization nominated was required within 72 hours of the disclosure of the decision to submit the Broadcasting Coordinating Council nominated statement.
Also, CCA Decision no. 40/197 of 3 December 2015 ICS "Sales Intelligence" LLC, founder of the TV station Channel Premium Fishing & Hunting, was sanctioned with a fine of 5,400 lei for repeated exemptions from art. 66 para. (6) of the Broadcasting Code (failure declaration) in accordance with art. 38 para. (2) l), para. (3) b) of the Broadcasting Code.
The BCC decision no. 1/5 of 21 January 2016, ICS "Sales Intelligence" LLC, founder of the TV station Channel Premium Fishing & Hunting has been repeatedly sanctioned with a fine of 5,400 lei, for derogations from Article repeated. 66 para. (6) of the Broadcasting Code (failure declaration) in accordance with art. 38 para. (2) l), para. (3) b) of the Broadcasting Code.
According to BCC Decision no. 1/5 of 21 January 2016, ICS "Sales Intelligence" SRL, within 72 hours of the disclosure of the decision was to present the Broadcasting Coordinating Council The self-declaration on transparency of ownership.
By letter no. 63 of 4 February 2016, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council sent Î.CS "Sales Intelligence" SRL to get acquainted and execute BCC decision no.
1/5 of 21 January 2016. Until February 26, 2016, ICS "Sales Intelligence" LLC, founder of the TV station Channel Premium Fishing & Hunting, did not present the CCA self-declaration on transparency property, although the letter sent to the recommended opinion was received on 5 February 2016.
in this context, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council, at the public meeting of 26 February 2016 by pt. 1 of Decision No. 4/23, suspended for a period of 60 days, a broadcasting license Series AA no. 082 899 of 06.11.2009 issued Î.CS "Sales Intelligence" SRL, television station Channel Premium Fishing & Hunting (Decision no. 4/23 of 26 February was published in the Official Gazette on March 18, no. 59- 67).
Thus, on May 18, 2016 was the deadline for which was suspended broadcasting license Series AA no. 082 899 of 06.11.2009 issued Î.CS "Sales Intelligence" SRL, television station Channel Premium Fishing & Hunting.
It should be noted that ICS "Sales Intelligence" do not presented so far CCA self-declaration on transparency of ownership.
Considering the above, as a result of public debate, based on Art. 37-40 and 66 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA, CCA's decision no. 35/175 of 29 September 2015 No. 39/194 of 17 November 2015 No. 40/197 of 3 December 2015 and No. 1/5 of 21 January 2016, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council DECIDED
:
1. To withdraw broadcasting license Series AA no. 082 899 of 06.11.2009 issued Î.CS "Sales Intelligence" SRL television station Premium Fishing & Hunting Channel for repeated exemptions from art. 66 para. (6) of the Broadcasting Code (failure declaration) in accordance with art. 38 para. (2) l), para. (3) b) of the Broadcasting Code (PRO - (7) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Barbalić O. Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, C. and D. VICOL bribery).
2. Control over execution of this Decision shall exercise general direction licensing, authorization and monitoring.
March. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova on the website of the CCA.
