NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. Records in the State Register of securities decrease in the capital of joint stock companies:
1.1 ICS "Petrom-Moldova" (şos.Munceşti 269, mun., IDNO 1002600045798) with 95,759,840 lei by decreasing the nominal value of shares issued at 3 lei 1 leu. Company's share capital after the reduction will be 47879920 lei, divided into 47879920 ordinary shares with nominal value of 1 leu with state registration number MD14PETM1007.
1.2 "USTA" (Lenin str. 249, s. Congaz, Gagauzia, IDNO 1004611003817) with 172 850 3457 lei by canceling the treasury shares. Company's share capital after the reduction will be 423 800 lei, divided into 8476 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 lei with state registration number MD14ATSU1008.
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
