The Orhei District Council Secretary of Central Election Commission requests the resignation of councilors Golub, Aron Ion Stratulat, Ion, Ion Ionașco elected on the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova, Cociorvă Vladimir chose the list of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Rabii Ibrahim chose the list of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca," Roman Boțan, Ruslan, Mohamed Mahdi S. elected Liberal party list Ivan Capațîna, elected on the list of political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandates of the Orhei District Council Councillor incumbent candidates alternate Adam Derrick, Johan S. Pace, Alexei V on the Badaro Democratic Party of Moldova, Vladimir Rotaru on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Valery list Covas of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" Cristina, Abbu, Obi, Cristian Anthony of Liberal Party, Ivan Sîman from the list of political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova". Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 29 June 2015 Orhei.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. 3. preavizează, Johan Adam Derrick advisors Alexei Pace S., Bodiu, Rotaru, Valeriy, Vladimir Diana Castaneda Cristina, Abbu, Sîman Anton, Ivan Sola on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
