Parliament adopts this decision.
Art. 1. - Nominal composition of standing committees of Parliament is amended as follows:
- Mr. MP Nae-Simion PLEŞCA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected as a member of the Legal Committee for appointments and immunities;
- Mr. MP Corneliu Dudnic belonging parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party, is elected as a member of the Legal Committee for appointments and immunities;
- Mr. Roman BOŢAN deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the Legal Committee for appointments and immunities;
- Mr. Octavian deputy GRAMA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Legal Committee for appointments and immunities;
- Mr. Ion Casian deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Legal Committee for appointments and immunities being removed from the position of alternate member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food;
- Mr. Peter Coso deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the commission for economy, budget and finance;
- Mrs. MP Alina ZOTEA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the commission for economy, budget and finance;
- Mr. Octavian deputy GRAMA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected as a member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Public Order;
- Mr. MP Nae-Simion PLEŞCA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Public Order;
- Ms. Elena BACALU deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Public Order;
- Mr. Ion Casian deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Public Order;
- Mr. Peter toothless, independent deputy, revoked the membership of the Committee alternate national security, defense and public order;
- Mrs Valentina BULIGA deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party, is elected as president of the commission for foreign policy and European integration, being revoked the membership of the commission for economy, budget and finance;
- Mr. MP Vladimir Filat, belonging to the parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected as a member of the commission for foreign policy and European integration, being removed from the membership of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Public Order;
- Mrs. MP Alina ZOTEA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the commission for foreign policy and European integration;
- Mrs. Liliana Palihovici deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the commission for foreign policy and European integration;
- Mr. MP Nae-Simion PLEŞCA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the commission for foreign policy and European integration;
- Mr. MP Ion APOSTOL belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the commission for foreign policy and European integration, being removed from the position of alternate member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food;
- Mr. Roman BOŢAN deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the commission for foreign policy and European integration;
- Mr. Corman deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party, revoked the membership and chairman of the commission for foreign policy and European integration;
- Ms. Elena BACALU deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party, is elected as a member of the Committee on Public Administration, Regional Development, Environment and Climate Change;
- Mr. MP Stephen Vlas belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the Committee on Public Administration, Regional Development, Environment and Climate Change;

- Mr. Octavian deputy GRAMA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on Public Administration, Regional Development, Environment and Climate Change;
- Mr. MP Vladimir CERNAT belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on Public Administration, Regional Development, Environment and Climate Change, was removed from the position of alternate member of the Committee on Social Protection, Health and family;
- Mrs. Mihaela Iacob deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on Public Administration, Regional Development, Environment and Climate Change, being dismissed alternate member of the Committee of National Security, Defense and public order;
- Mr. MP Lilian Carp, belonging to the parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the Committee on Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports and Media, was removed from the membership of the Committee on Social Protection, Health and family;
- Mr. MP Nae-Simion PLEŞCA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee for Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports and Media;
- Mr Artur GUTIUM deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee for Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports and Media;
- Mr. MP Ion APOSTOL belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food, was removed from the membership of the commission for foreign policy and European integration;
- Mr. MP Corneliu Dudnic belonging parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food;
- Mr. Peter Coso deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food;
- Mr. Nicholas Juravski, independent deputy, revoked from the position of alternate member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food;
- Mr. Peter toothless, independent deputy, revoked from the position of alternate member of the Committee on Agriculture and Food;
- Mr Artur GUTIUM deputy belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected as a member of the Committee on Social Protection, Health and Family;
- Mr. Octavian deputy GRAMA belonging parliamentary faction of the Liberal Democratic Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on Social Protection, Health and Family;
- Mr. MP Lilian Carp, belonging to the parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party, is elected to the position of alternate member of the Committee on social protection, health and family, being removed from the position of alternate member of the Committee for Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports and the media;
- Mr. Nicholas Juravski, independent deputy, revoked the membership of the Committee Substitute social protection, health and family.
Art. 2. - Annexes. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 from Parliament Decision no. 9 of January 28, 2015 regarding the approval of members of the standing committees of Parliament (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 29-32, art. 32), as amended, is amended as art. 1 of this decision.
Art. 3. - Article 1, points 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Parliament Decision no. 29 of March 5, 2015 concerning the election of alternate members to the standing committees of Parliament (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 69-73, art. 77), as amended, is amended as art. 1 of this decision.
Art. 4. - This decision shall enter into force upon adoption.
