Pursuant to art. 30 para. (1) of Law no. 595-XIV of 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), as amended and supplemented,

ORDER:

1. To bring to public knowledge the following:
a. On August 21, 2015 came into force Third Additional Protocol between the Republic of Moldova and Romania Agreement between the Moldovan and Romanian governments on implementation of the program of technical and financial assistance under a financial aid worth 100 million euro granted by Romania Moldova, signed in Bucharest on 27 April 2010, signed in Chisinau on 10 December 2013 ratified by Law no. 149 of 30 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 224-233 of 21.08.2015, art. 453).
B. On September 8, 2015 entered into force Understanding drawn up by exchanging notes on correcting errors in the Treaty between Moldova and Ukraine on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil and Criminal Matters, signed in Chisinau on 13 December 1993 signed in Chisinau on 28 July 2015 and September 8, 2015 (text attached).
C. On September 16, 2015 came into effect on trade-economic cooperation agreement between the Moldovan government and the Government of Turkmenistan, signed in Ashgabat on April 7, 2015, approved by Government Decision no. 578 of 21 August 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 241-246 of 28.08.2015, art. 680).
D. On 4 October 2015 will enter into force Agreement between Moldova and Lithuania in social protection, signed in Chisinau on 1 October 2014, ratified by Law no. 127 of 2 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 190-196 of 24.07.2015, art. 388).
2. Publish this Order, together with the text of the treaty stated in paragraph 1 letter b in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova presents its compliments to the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova and has the honor to communicate the following.
In the text with a Romanian Articles 33 para. (2) and 51 par. (2) and the Ukrainian language text of the final clauses of the Treaty between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil and Criminal Matters, signed in Kiev on 13 December 1993 there have been some errors.
Ministry, in accordance with art. 79 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 23 May 1969, proposes to correct in the Annex to this Note Verbale those errors, namely:
1. In the text with a Romanian:
- in the first sentence of Article 33 (2) the word "applicant" read "defendant" in the second sentence of Article 33 (2), the word "defendant" will read "applicant";
- In Article 51 (2) the words "Articles 50-51" read "articles 49-50".
2. In the text in Ukrainian:
- in the final clauses word "молдовською" read "румунською".
Ministry will be obliged to communicate Embassies honorable position of the Ukrainian side on correction of errors mentioned.
If an affirmative response, the Ministry proposes that this Note and Note response to be exchanged instruments on correcting Treaty agreed by the parties in accordance with subparagraph b) paragraph 1 of article 79 of the Convention nominated.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova uses this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova assurances of its highest consideration.

Ukrainian Embassy in Moldova presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova and with reference to Note no. DI / 2 / 291.6-10055 of 07.28.2015 on the Treaty between Ukraine and Moldova on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil and Criminal Matters from 13.12.1993 (hereinafter Treaty), has the honor to communicate the following.
Ukrainian side, taking into consideration Article 79 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 1969, the Moldovan Party supports proposals to correct technical errors in the text of the Treaty nominated follows:
1. In the text in Ukrainian:
- in the final clauses word "молдовською" will replace "румунською"
2. In the Romanian text:
- in the first sentence of paragraph (2) of Article 33, the word "applicant" shall be substituted with "defendant" and in another sentence of paragraph (2) of Article 33, the word "defendant "shall be substituted with" applicant ";
- In paragraph (2) of Article 51 instead of the phrase "Articles 50-51" indicate "Articles 49-50."
The Ukrainian assumes that the above-mentioned note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova and the present Note response to the Ukrainian Embassy in Moldova, in accordance with Article 79 of the Vienna Convention on law of Treaties of 1969 constitutes an agreement on the technical corrections introduced by the Treaty.
Ukrainian Embassy in Moldova uses this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova assurances of its highest consideration.
