Pursuant to art. 2 letter c) and art. 8 paragraph. (2) of Law no. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), as amended and supplemented, art. 6 para. (1) a) and art. 14 para. (1) b) of Law No 121-XVI of 4 May 2007 on the management and privatization of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: || | 1. Contagion is free of charge, with the consent of the City Council Cantemir residential house with 2 floors (12 apartments) from the city. Cantemir, str. Ion Creangă, no.1, 2101102.040.01 cadastral number of state ownership, under the economic management of JSC "Prot-cantemir" s. Cania, Cantemir, the public property of the city cantemir.
2. Public Property Agency, jointly with the Town Council Cantemir, will establish the commission handover and ensure, within 60 days, making transmission of the building nominated in accordance with the Regulation on the mode of transmission of enterprises, organizations, State institutions, their subdivisions, buildings, structures, fixed assets and other assets, approved by Government Decision 688 of 9 October 1995 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, article 45), as amended and completions.
March. Land Relations and Cadastre Agency, at the request of the local government, will ensure the registration of ownership of the property in the manner prescribed by law.
