In furtherance of the provisions of law No. 355-XVI dated 23 December 2005 concerning salary system in budgetary sector (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, no. 35-37, art. 148), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. 2. In paragraph 7 of the Decision of the Government No. 1062 of 15 September 2006 "relating to the remuneration of staff organizations, institutions and enterprises monitored by the State Chancellery" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, no. 150-152, 1146), as amended and supplemented, after the words "serving appliances" shall be inserted the words "autonomous public authorities, judicial authorities".
3. It is established that the new amounts of the monthly salaries of teachers and professors from education applies since 1 September 2016.
4. Expenditure incurred by the implementation of this judgment shall be covered from funds allocated for the year.
