Parish Council Secretary Prajila commune, Florești, conveyed the Central Electoral Commission demands the resignation of Councilors elected Boris Andrițchi on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Sanjay S. elected party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and Jhon Peter elected Political party list "our party", as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council of their alternate candidates Prajila S Victor on list of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Hugo Lafferty on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and Grinevici Raat from the list of a political Party "our party". Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court, meeting of 23 June 2015. The award of mandates have been taken into account the applicant's Declaration on the alternate list Popescu Ludmila Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, whereby it refuses the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, Boris Andrițchi Adviser elected mandates on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Sanjay S. elected party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and Jhon Peter elected Political party list "our party" in the communal Council Prajila.
2. the mandates assigned by the communal Council, Prajila commune, Florești, alternate candidates list Chantel Valenzuela of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Hugo Lafferty on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and Grinevici Raat from the list of a political Party "our party".
3. preavizează S advisers Victor, Hugo Lafferty and Grinevici Raisa on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in its case.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
