Under Article 7 (5) of the Law on budget system and budget process 847-XIII of 24 May 1996 in order to regulate and improve the coverage of budget indicators,

ORDER:

The Minister of Finance Order No 91 of 20 October 2008 "On budget classification" is operating the following additions:
1. In Annex 1 "classification of budget revenues"
371.00 after Chapter 1.1 "Transfers from state budget funds obligatory medical insurance" is inserted with paragraphs 395.00 Chapter 1:02, which is the following wording :
"means received from 395.00 shifting balances of special funds and special funds;
395.01 Means received from shifting balances of special funds;
395.02 Means received from shifting balances of special funds. "
2. Annex 3 "economic classification of budget expenditure":
2.1 after Article 191.03 "The contribution of foreign loans" shall be inserted in Article 195.00 paragraphs 1:02 that the following wording:
"Transferring balances 195.00 special means and special funds budgets to basic component;
Transfer cash balances 195.01 Special Component of the budgets;
195.02 Transferring balances of special funds budgets to basic component. "
March. In Annex 9 "Methodical instructions on the application of economic classification of budget expenditure":
191.03 3.1 After the description of "Contribution of foreign loans" shall be inserted in Article 195.00 paragraphs 1:02 that the following wording: || | "Article 195.00 special cash balances and transfer special funds budgets to basic component;
At 195.01 "special means to transfer balances basic component budgets" refers to shifting balances of special funds budgets to basic component.
195.02 "Transferring balances of special funds budgets to basic component" refers to shifting balances of special funds budgets to basic component. "
4. This order shall come into force after publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
