Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single article. - Law on State Budget for 2015 no. 72 of 12 April 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 102-104, art. 172) is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the numbers "30 338 607.0", "34 315 109.1" and "502.1 3976" are replaced respectively by the numbers "29 152 350.6", "32 724 705.7 "and" 3572 355.1 ".
2. Article 2:
in paragraph (2), the figures "194 900.0" is replaced with the digits "169 900.0";
(3):
point 1), the digits "565.5" and "422.1" are replaced respectively by numbers "670.5" and "215.0";
Point 2), the figures "813.4", "579.4" and "607.2" are replaced respectively by numbers "878.4", "644.4" and "136.1 1 "
Point 3) digits "500.0" is replaced with the digits "200.0";
(5):
point 1), the figures "172 680.0" is replaced with the digits "50 000.0";
Point 2) reads as follows:
"2) for completion of the construction of the College of Engineering based in Straseni, str. V. Crăsescu no. 1 - amounting to 7 900.0 thousand lei ".
March. Article 3:
(1):
point 1), the figures "4390 304.7", "2047 384.7", "1 180 104.2" and "815.8 1162 "are replaced respectively by numbers" 4431 899.0 "," 2200 271.7 "," 1168 811.5 "and" 1062 815.8 ";
Point 3) the figures "7403 484.9" is replaced with the digits "7414 234.2";
In paragraph (2), the figures "110 126.0" is replaced with the digits "32 754.2";
In paragraph (3), the figures "15 000.0" is replaced with numbers "7 000.0".
4. Article 4 is in the end the words "and of 900 lei for 1 October 2015 '.
May. Law is supplemented by Article 51 as follows:
"Art. 51. - Notwithstanding the provisions of art. 2 para. (1) a) the Road Fund Law no. 720-XIII of 2 February 1996 2015 Road Fund breakdowns of total excise duty on petroleum products (excluding LPG) will not exceed 46.05%. "
June. Article 7 figures "7 582.2" and "472.4 1" are replaced respectively by the numbers "6 982.2" and "488.0 1".
July. Article 12:
in paragraph (1), the words "the" Savings Bank "SA" is replaced by "financial institution serving the treasury system of the Ministry of Finance" and the word "bank" - the words "financial institution "
In paragraph (2), the words "provided by financial institutions in the country," exclusive, and the words "financial institution" is replaced by "payment service provider".
August. Article 13 (2), the word "deservent" is excluded.
September. Article 16 (11), the words "by returning them to the end of the budget year" are excluded.
10. Appendixes. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are exposed as annexes. 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this law.
