Pursuant to art. 30 para. (1) of Law no. 595-XIV of 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), as amended and supplemented,

ORDER:

1. To bring to public knowledge the following:
a. On October 23, 2015 came into force the Protocol between the Moldovan and Russian governments on delivery of goods under production cooperation in 2015, signed in Moscow on 13 October 2015 in Chisinau on 23 October 2015. The text of the Protocol is attached .
B. On November 1, 2015 entered into force the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, adopted in Rome on November 3, 2001, ratified by Law no. 94 of 14 May 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 150-159, art. 311).
C. On November 1, 2015 entered into force Agreement between the Government of Moldova and the European Patent Organisation on the validation of European patents (Agreement Validation), concluded at Munich on October 16, 2013, ratified by Law no. 57 of April 9, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 115-123, art. 203).
D. On November 4, 2015 came into force the Protocol between the Department of Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of Moldova and the Administration of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine on organization of joint control in international crossing point "Pervomaisc-Cuciurgan" in Ukraine, signed in Chisinau on 4 November 2015. the text of the Protocol is attached.
E. On November 6, 2015 came into force Understanding drawn up by an exchange of notes on correcting errors in the free trade agreement between Moldova and Turkey, signed in Chisinau on September 11 2014. The text of the Arrangement is attached.
F. On November 7, 2015 entered into force Agreement between Moldova and the Kingdom of Spain on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters, signed in Madrid on 22 October 2013 and ratified by Law no. 12 of February 21, 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 66-71, art. 136).
G. On November 14, 2015 came into force the Protocol, signed in Chisinau on 12 May 2015 between the Government and the Government of Italy Implementation Agreement between Moldova and the European Community on the readmission of persons residing illegally, signed on 10 October 2007. The text of the Protocol is attached.
H. On January 1, 2016 shall come into force on social security agreement between Moldova and Belgium, signed in Brussels on 12 September 2012, ratified by Law no. 59 of 29 March 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, no. 91, art. 286). The text of the Agreement is attached.
I. On January 1, 2016 shall come into force Administrative Arrangement, signed in Brussels on 20 May 2015 for the implementation of the Agreement on social security between Moldova and Belgium, signed on 12 September 2012. The text of the Arrangement is attached.
J. Romanian text of paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties signed in Vienna on 23 May 1969 in force for Moldova on 26 January 1993 (special edition of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova "International Treaties "1998, vol. 4, p. 53), read as follows:
" the fact that a State's consent to be bound by a treaty has been expressed in violation of a provision of its internal law regarding competence to conclude treaties can not be invoked by the State as a fault consent, unless that violation was manifest and concerned a rule of no fundamental importance to its domestic law. "
2. Publish this Order, accompanied by textual treaties indicated in paragraph 1, letter a, d, e, g, h and i in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
