Under Regulation of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of the Republic of Moldova, approved by Government Decision no. 662 of 10 November 2009;
According to the NCM A.01.03-96 "Principles and methodology of regulation in construction. The elaboration of normative documents ";
Given minute no. 06 of November 10, 2015 meeting of the Technical Committee CT-C 11 "Installations and gas networks"

ORDER:

1. Approving normative document Amendment NCM G.05.01-2014 / A1: 2015 'gas distribution systems. "
2. Construction normative document Amendment NCM G.05.01-2014 / A1: 2015 'gas distribution systems "is implemented with effect from 01.12.2015.
March. Department technical and economic regulations will:
- Recording is this normative document established;
- Ensure publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
- Put this normative document on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under "Building Regulations" and www.mdrc.gov.md order on the website under " transparency of decisions - approved Documents ";
- Ensure multiplication and publication in the established norm.
4. Coordination issued before the entry into force of this legislation by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction for the project documentation corresponding provisions of this legislation, will coordinate with SA Chisinau-Gas SRL
May. Control over the execution of this order is the responsibility of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov deputy minister.
