Pursuant to article 32 of law No. 98 of 4 may 2012 on central public administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 160-163, art. 532) and article 5(2). (2) of Law No. 116 of cinema 3 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 217-222, 467), Government DECIDES: 1. To create the National Center public instituţa cinematography, subordinate to the Ministry of culture, who will exercise the function of the founder.
2. Is approved: regulation on organisation and functioning of the public institutions of the National Center of cinematography, according to the annex 1;
The structure of the Organization the National Center of cinematography, according to annex 2.
3. It establishes maximum personnel of public institution national centre of cinematography in all 16 units, with an annual remuneration of labour in accordance with the legislation in force.
4. In the annex to Decision No. 727 of 19 November 2009 "on approval of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of culture, structure and maximum staff of its central apparatus" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 169-170, 775), with subsequent amendments and additions, the section "other institutions" shall be completed with the following contents: 7 ' 7. National Centre of Cinematography ".
5.Se repealed: Decision No. 317 of 2 April 1997 "on approval of the regulation on the development of national cinema Fund" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, no. 29, art. 317);
Government decision No. 919 of 9 august 2006 "on the State Register of cinema" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, no. 134-137, section 1001).
6. The Fund remaining after the liquidation of the Means of development of national cinematography are submitted by the national centre of cinematography, as his successor.
