As a result of monitoring the implementation of the National Commission of Financial Market Decision no. 58/8 of 29.10.2015 "On the failure by some savings and loan associations specialized reports" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015 nr.302-305, art.2213), found non-compliance section. 1 of decision by the failure of the Association of Savings and Credit "POIANA-CREDIT" (village Poiana, Soldanesti, IDNO 1004606002146) and the Association of Savings and Credit "Măgdăceşti" (village Măgdăceşti, Criuleni, IDNO 1011600004296) reports specialized quarter and third quarter of the reporting year 2015.

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:
1. Administrators repeatedly prescribing Savings and Loan Association "POIANA-CREDIT" and Savings and Loan Association "Măgdăceşti" presentation of the National Commission of Financial Market reports referred within 15 days of the effective date of this decision.
2. It warns administrators Savings and Loan Association "POIANA-CREDIT" and Savings and Loan Association "Măgdăceşti" withdrawal of licenses to conduct, for infringements pt. 1 of this decision.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate of collective investments and microfinance.
4. This decision shall enter into force in accordance with art. 22 paragraph (3) of Law no. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market".
