In accordance with art. 18 of the Electoral Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 Regulation on delegation of employees of entities in Moldova, approved by Government Decision no. 10 from 5 January 2012 and accepting the invitation of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine to observe the local elections to be held on 25 October 2015 Ukraine Central Election Commission decides:
1. Delegates for 23-26 October 2015 Mrs Svetlana Gutu, member of the Central Election Commission, and Mr Alexander Berlinschii, Deputy Chief Management Directorate elections from within the Commission to participate in the observation of local elections that will be held at October 25 current Ukraine.
2. The delegation will travel to Kiev by plane on the route Chisinau - Kiev - Chisinau.
March. Financial-economic direction will pay travel expenses and daily allowances as required by law.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
