In accordance with art. 18 of the Electoral Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 Regulation on delegation of employees of entities in Moldova, approved by Government Decision no. 10 of January 5, 2012 and accepted an invitation Permanent Electoral Authority of Romania to participate in the seminar on "Electoral Law Codification" which will take place from 19 to 20 October 2015 in Bucharest, Romania, CEC er S're hot :
1. Delegates for the period 18 to 21 October 2015, Mr Stefan Urîtu, Vice President Stanislav Central Election Commission and Mr. Bumble, consultant of the Legal Department of the Office Commission to participate in the seminar "Electoral Law Codification" which will take place from 19 to 20 October 2015 in Bucharest, Romania.
2. The delegation will travel to Bucharest CEC Deputy Chairperson private car on the Chisinau-Bucharest-Chisinau.
March. Financial-economic direction will pay fuel costs, the Green Paper and subsistence as required by law.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
