Under Act 721-XIII of 2 February 1996 on construction quality (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, art.259), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Approving the Technical Regulation on the minimum requirements for the marketing of construction products in accordance with Annex 1.
2. Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, within 6 months from the date of publication of this decision, prepare, approve and publish in the Official Journal list of standards related to the Technical Regulation on the minimum requirements for the marketing of construction products.
March. It provides for a transition period from the date of publication of this decision in the Official Gazette of the Republic, until 31 December 2020.
By the end of the transitional period will maintain the existing national system of normative documents applied in construction. 4. National Institute of Standardization will provide the transitional period, the national standards applied under the existing national system.
May. This decision shall enter into force two years after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
June. It repeals some government decisions, according to Annex No. 2, the entry into force of this decision.
July. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction.
