For enforcement of Art. 6 para. (4) and (5) of the Civil Aviation Law no. 1237-XIII of 9 July 1997 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 98-99, art. 292), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
budget is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority 2016 revenues amounted to 81 810 thousand and expenses totaling 89 900 thousand, with a deficit amounting to 8090 thousand, which will cover the expense of cash balances on 1 January 2016 (attached).
