The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Unique article. -By way of derogation from the provisions of art. 29 (4) of law No. 419-XVI of 22 December 2006 concerning the public sector debt, State guarantees and on-lending, should be permitted, by way of exception, S.e. "Moldovan Railway" partial repayment of the loan guarantee will be credited back by the Ministry of finance in order to achieve the project of acquisition of locomotives and railway infrastructure established by restructuring the loan agreement between Moldova and the European Bank for reconstruction and development in order to achieve the project of acquisition of locomotive fleet and the restructuring of the railway infrastructure concluded on 14 November 2014, by filing only the pledge of the locomotives purchased by the State railway of Moldova "on account of this loan.
