Pursuant to art. 5 paragraph. (3) e) the Civil Aviation Law no. 1237-XIII from 07.09.1997 and section 7 paragraph 3) of the Regulation on organization and functioning of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision no. 645 of 07.08.2014 in order to execute its duties Civil Aviation Authority as a public authority which approves regulations, instructions and other technical aspects that contain enforceable standards and procedures for individuals and businesses operating in the field of civil aviation in to improve the national regulatory framework governing the design and operation of heliports in Moldova to ensure compliance Standards and recommended Practice (SARPS) of Annex 14 volume 2 "heliports" to the Convention on international civil aviation (Chicago, 1944)

ORDER:

1. To approve the document "Technical requirements regarding the design and operation of heliports," according to the Annex to this Order.
2. Civil Aviation Authority will provide all interested persons Annex to this order by publishing on the website www.caa.md under the section "Regulatory Framework - Other acts".
March. This Order shall take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
