Single article. - Notwithstanding the provisions of the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 1149-XIV of 20 July 2000 of the Tax Code no. 1163-XIII of 24 April 1997, Law no. 172 of July 25, 2014 approving the combined nomenclature of goods and the Law. 1380-XIII of 20 November 1997 concerning the customs tariff is permitted by way of exception, the Church "Assumption" in Copceac, Gagauzia, introduction into the country and placing under customs import 140 m3 of wood classified under tariff heading 4407, purchased from individual Sarandi Ivan (Ukraine, city of Kharkov) for construction of the roof (dome) church said, with relief from import duties, without right of disposal.
