The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Unique article. -By way of derogation from the provisions of the customs code of the Republic of Moldova nr. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, fiscal code no. 1163-XIII of 24 April 1997, of the law. 172 of 25 July 2014 regarding the approval of the combined nomenclature of goods and of law No. 1380-XIII of 20 November 1997 on customs tariff, shall be permitted, by way of exception, the Christian Centre "Sarepta" village Sarata, Hîncești, entry into the country and placed under customs regime of import, with exemption from import duties, without the right to dispose of:-a tour of the Scania brand, identification number YS2N4X20001848843, the year of manufacture 2004, classified in heading 8702 granted, free of charge (donation) by Gustav Fredrik Olsson Swedish citizen;
-a tractor Zetor brand 6945, 6012611 identification number, year of manufacture, 1979 of heading 8701 classified, provided free of charge (donation) of mission "CDH-Stephanus" in Germany.
