Under Article 6 para. (1) a) and Article 14 para. (1) b) of Law no. 121-XVI of 4 May 2007 on the management and privatization of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, 401), as amended and supplemented, art. 8 (2) of Law No .523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.124-125, art. 611), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Contagion is free of charge, with the consent of the District Council Hincesti, project and estimate documentation for construction of the object "pipeline Cărpineni - Bend Mill", worth 658 812.73 lei, the state ownership, under the management Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, public property Hincesti.
2. Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, together with the District Council Hincesti, will establish committee Acceptance of those goods, ensuring its transfer within 60 days in accordance with the Regulation on the mode of transmission of enterprises, organizations, State institutions, their subdivisions, buildings, structures, fixed assets and other assets, approved by Government Decision 688 of 9 October 1995 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, article 45), as amended and completions.
