Pursuant to Art. 10 (2) c) of the Labour Code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, nr.159-162, art.648), Article 1. (1 ), Article 6 para. (6) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS) || | National Securities Commission FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE
:
1. To approve the structure and staff of the National Commission of Financial Market in the Annex.
2. It repeals the National Financial Market Commission Decision 5/19 of 01.31.2015 "On approval of the structure and staff" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015 nr.29-32).
March. To ensure compliance with point 1 will perform the procedure required by the Labour Code.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication, with the exception of point 1 and point 2, with effect from 01.01.2016.
