By decision no. 4201 13 October 2015 The Central Election Commission put the mandate of the elected list Darii Victor political party "Our Party" in Drochia District Council and set the deadline of 10 days for the submission of documents required by the Commission mandate next award alternate candidate.

pursuant to art. 18, art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It assigns council mandate councilors in Drochia alternate candidate on the list BIRT Andrei political party "Our Party".
2. BIRT is preavizează adviser Andrei's obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
