Municipal Council Secretary Chiscareni Singerei, informed the Central Election Commission about the death of councilor Anatolie Spînu elected Democratic Party ticket. It became vacant mandate assigned counselor party nominees.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) v) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) g) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected, art. 24 para. (3) of Law no. 436-XVI of 28 December 2006 on public administration and in accordance with pt. ​​20 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Declare vacant a term of municipal councils Chiscareni Singerei.
2. Municipal Council Secretary Chiscareni Singerei, within ten days, the Central Election Commission shall submit necessary documents next mandate award alternate candidate on the Democratic Party ticket.
