To establish costs of providing service supply heat strictly necessary for the normal activity regulated under the Methodology of determination, approval and application of tariffs for thermal energy supplied to consumers, approved by the Decision of the Board of Directors of the National Agency for Energy regulation (ANRE) nr.482 of September 6, 2012 (Official Gazette nr.234-236 / 1330 of 11/09/2012), the Management Board of the National Agency for Energy regulation

DECIDES:

1. Is approved for the base year 2013 Methodology for determining validity, approval and application of tariffs for thermal energy supplied to consumers, the following values ​​in service delivery costs covered thermal energy consumers:
1.1. Material consumption (CM0) - 181 200 lei;
1.2. Expenditure on maintenance, operation and repair of thermal networks of production and other fixed assets (CIE0) - 104 900 lei;
1.3. Consumption related to staff salaries and wages (CRM0) - 1.7681 million lei;
1.4. Overheads, administrative and commercial (CGA0) - 840 600 lei.
2. This decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
