In order to determine the costs incurred in the provision of the service of heat supply is strictly necessary for the normal course of business and regulated pursuant to the provisions of the methodology for determining, implementing and approval of tariffs for thermal energy delivered to consumers, which was approved by Decision of the Administrative Council of the National Agency for energy regulation (ANRE) No. 482 on 6 September 2012 (Official Gazette No. 234-236/1330 from 09.11.2012) , The Board of Directors of the National Agency for energy regulation DECIDES: 1. To be approved, for the base year 2013 of the validity of the methodology for determining, implementing and approval of tariffs for heat energy delivered to the consumer, the following values of the regulated service costs related to supply heat consumers: 1.1. Material consumption (CM0)-85.8 MDL;
1.2. Operating Expenses, maintenance and repair of thermal networks and other fixed assets (CIE0), 139.2 MDL;
1.3. related personnel obstruct Consumption (CRM0)-1822.9 thou lei;
1.4. General expenses, administrative and commercial (CGA0)-1046.5 thousand lei.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
