In order to fulfill its obligations towards the parties to the procedure of execution and the refund of sums blocked in the accounts of the Department's enforcement offices of execution which have ceased trading, opened at Investprivatbank SA, in liquidation, the Government DECIDES: 1. Ministry of Justice grants to distribute the means allocated through annual budgetary law for reimbursement of amounts claimed by the parties executing the procedure, according to the contract of assignment of the right of claim No. 60/1 of 27 December 2011 as a result of any deposits or payments under the securities enforcement blocked enforcement offices accounts of the execution Department opened at Investprivatbank SA, in liquidation.
2. The bailiff who has currently assumed enforcement procedure from the Office of enforcement the enforcement officer or the debtor who has deposited security, where there is no procedure executing, presenting the Ministry of Justice: a primary act that confirms) the right part of the enforcement proceedings in respect of the amount indicated according to the contract of assignment of the right of claim;
b) current account data particular to that amount to be transferred;
c Declaration on honour) the enforcement procedure or its successor concerning unfilled, judicial process or by other means, of the right over the amount claimed.
3. The Ministry of finance will ensure the allocation of the amounts claimed by the parties of the procedure of execution as the presentation by the Ministry of Justice acts of confirmation.
