Fălești District Council Secretary of Central Election Commission requests the resignation of Councilors elected on the list of Jeff Oberman political party "our party" the Ion Cazacu and chose the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandates of Councillor in Fălești District Council incumbent candidates alternate Leaf party that "our party" and Cherry Basil of party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova. Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 24 June 2015 Fălești. The award of mandates have been taken into account the applicant's Declaration on the alternate list Paiziuc E political party "our party", whereby it refuses the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation Prathesh Adviser Oleg mandates, in particular on Political party list "our party" the Ion Cazacu and chose the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova in Fălești District Council.
2. mandates are assigned a counselor in Fălești District Council candidates that Leaf's alternate list of political party "our party" and Cherry Basil of party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
3. preavizează Ala and Cherry Leaf advisors Vaidya on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in its case.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
