Central Election Commission has received the resignation of adviser Sergei Leah elected Democratic Party ticket in Village Council Taraclia, Causeni, and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of village councils Taraclia rests alternate candidate on the list Stog Filip Democratic Party, confirmed by Căuşeni Court's judgment of 26 June 2015. In awarding the mandate to took into account the statement of the candidate Substitute Victor Roscot on the same party list, which it refuses award councilor mandate.
Pursuant to art. 18, art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Leah Sergei mandate of elected Democratic Party ticket in Taraclia Village Council.
2. Is assigned counselor Village Council mandate Taraclia, Causeni, Filip Stog alternate candidate on the Democratic Party ticket.
March. It preavizează counselor Philip Stog the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
