Pervomaiscoe municipal council, by decision no. 6/11 of 30 September 2015, raised in connection with absence without valid reason from three consecutive meetings of the Board, Vladimir Dzeadic mandate of the elected list of political party "Our Party". It became vacant mandate assigned counselor party nominees.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the mandate of municipal councils Pervomaiscoe lies Boreţ Ina alternate candidate on the list of political party "Our Party" Drochia confirmed by the Court's judgment of 26 June 2015. Allocation mandate takes account of the municipal council secretary Pervomaiscoe certificate confirming the finding abroad Albu Aliona alternate candidate on the list of political party "Our Party".
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) and 133 para. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c) and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It notes the holidays a warrant for Pervomaiscoe communal councils.
2. Is assigned mandate communal councils Pervomaiscoe, Drochia Boreţ Ina alternate candidate on the list of the political party ,, Our Party ".
March. It preavizează adviser Ina Boreţ the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
