Pursuant to article 1. 6 paragraph 1. (1), (2) and (4) of law No. 192-XIV of 12 November 1998 on the National Commission of financial market, the Parliament has adopted the following decision.
Art. 1.-the National Commission of Budget Financial year 2016 is approved for revenue in the amount of 17772.4 thou lei and expenses in the amount of 20639.9 lei, with a deficit in the amount of 2867.5 thou lei, which will be covered from the balance of the budget of the National Commission of financial market for the year 2015.
Art. 2.-to approve the fees and disbursements established and levied by the National Commission of financial market in the year 2016, according to the annex.
Art. 3.-the National Commission of financial Market operators with the right to work, in budget execution process, changes in the structure of expenditure within the limits of the budget approved by this decision.
Art. 4.-the Commission for economy, budget and Finance Committee of Parliament will exercise control over the execution of this judgment.
Art. 5.-This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2016.
