In accordance with art. 2 para. (2) of Law no. 192-XIV of 12 November 1998 on the National Commission of Financial Market
Parliament adopts this decision.
Art. 1. - notes the report on the work of the National Commission of Financial Market and the functioning of non-banking financial market for 2014.
Art. 2. - The National Commission of Financial Market and the Government, within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this decision, will submit the draft legislation related to regulation and supervision of microfinance organizations leasing activity.
Art. 3. - The National Commission of Financial Market and the Government, until 1 July 2016, will present Parliament:
a) draft strategy for development of the market nonbank financial years 2016-2020 and the Action Plan for its implementation;
B) proposals to amend the legislation in order to boost the development of all non-banking financial market segments, especially the capital market, and to ensure alternative sources of financing businesses, as well as to capital market development through diversification financial instruments.
Art. 4. - Monitoring execution of this decision is the responsibility of the Economy, Budget and Finance Committee of Parliament.
Art. 5. - This decision shall enter into force upon adoption.
