Under paragraph eighteen of section 2 of the Regulation on the use of the reserve fund of the Government, adopted by Law no. 1228-XIII of 27 June 1997 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, no. 57-58, art. 511), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Are allocated from the reserve fund of the Government, Dubăsari District Council 7.98 mil. Lei for granting direct payments landowners located Ribnita-Tiraspol in 2015.
2. Dubăsari District Council will allocate the resources allocated in the amount of 1229.68 lei per hectare, landowners based on a regulation developed and approved by the Council in terms of transparency and fairness and in coordination with the State Chancellery and Ministry of Agriculture and Food industry.
March. President Dubasari submission to the Ministry of Finance will provide a copy, the original landowners of the list of beneficiaries of direct payments, with their handwritten signatures.
