approving the possibility of harvesting of wood mass slaughter in the process of the main products for the period 2016-2020



Published: 31.12.2015 in Official Gazette No. 370-376 art no: 996 In accordance with the provisions of art. 8 lit. h) and art. 34 para. (5) of the forest code no. 887-XIII of 21 June 1996 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, no. 4-5, art. 36), as amended and supplemented, for rational use, timely and effective mass of exploitable wood, enhancement and functions of forests, we believe the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the possibility of harvesting the timber in the process of illegal logging of main products for the period 2016-2020 Fund managed by the forestry agency "Moldsilva" , in the amount of 1871.5 thousand m3, as defined in annex.
2. Agency "Moldsilva", through subordinate organisations, will ensure that the possibility of harvesting the timber in the process of illegal logging in the volumes of the main products covered by this decision, given the forestry management plan, studies and research.
3. Ministry of environment: will oversee compliance by agency "Moldsilva" has the possibility of harvesting the timber in the process of illegal logging of primary products approved under this decision;
the Agency "Moldsilva" and the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, will consist of an annual volume of illegal logging of ecological reconstruction in the State forest fund, approved by this decision.
