After examining the application and submissions, pursuant to art. 93 and article 96 of law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), and article 69 and article 85 of the civil code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 82-86, 661), art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Are permitted reorganization of joint-stock Company "INMACOMPROIECT" (str. Sarmizegetusa 15, mun. Chisinau, 1003600054342) on WHOSE BEHALF through transformation into a limited liability company.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
