Having examined the application and materials submitted under article 93 and article 95 of Law nr.1134-XIII from 04.02.1997 "On Joint Stock Companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art .1), Article 69 and Article 79 of the civil Code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 82-86, art. 661) and Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on Commission national Financial Market "(republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:
1. Authorizing the reorganization of stock "USTA" (Lenin str. 249, s. Congaz, Gagauzia, IDNO 1004611003817) by dismantling (separation) transfer of a part of the heritage of the newly created company "SCV Ramtax" SRL.
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
