In accordance with the provisions of art. 6 paragraph 1. (4) of law No. 91-XVI dated 5 April 2007 on public fields and their delimitation (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 70-73, art. 316), with amendments and additions thereto, article 6 paragraph 1 (1) (a). the Act No.) 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, art. 8, 15 and 75 from the Land Code No. 828-XII of December 25, 1991 (reprinted in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, no. 107, 840), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. To switch from the public domain into the private domain of the State special purpose land with total area of 0.3984 hectares, the cadastral number 0100214134, located in the Chisinau municipality. Chisinau, Grenoble str., nr. 111A in administration of Ministry of internal affairs.
2. Can I modify the destination category of 0.3984 acres of land with special destination, with the number of category 0100214134, cadastre of land intended for industry, transport, telecommunications and other special purposes, public property of the State, located in the Chisinau municipality. Chisinau, Grenoble str., nr. 111A, from the administration of Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the category of lands built settlements, intended for urban and rural construction, for the purpose of construction of a housing block of service for employees of the institution.
3. Land relations and cadastre Agency will carry out cadastral documentation modification at the request of the holder of the right, in accordance with the provisions of the given decision.
4. Responsibility for the implementation of this decision by the Interior Ministry's task.
