Under Article 7 (5) of the Law on budget system and budget process 847-XIII of 24 May 1996 in order to regulate and improve the coverage of budget indicators,

ORDER:

The Minister of Finance Order No 91 of 20 October 2008 "On budget classification" is operating the following additions:
1. Annex 5 "organizational classification of budgetary expenditures" B. Types of institutions and organizations financed from the budget measures "
1.1. Introduce new types in the following wording:
"954 Project" Community Assessment and Risk Management ";
"955 project" Creating PPP production and delivery biomass heat ''.
2. This order shall come into force after publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
