Pursuant to article 14(2). (7) of the law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the regulation on mode of transmission of public property assets in accordance with Annex 1.
2. the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers shall abrogate some, according to the annex 2.
