approving the objectives, requirements and conditions of the public-private partnership for the construction of housing and social objectives-cultural
Published: 06.01.2016 in Official Gazette No. 1 art Nr: 1 In accordance with article 11, subparagraph (a). b) and (e)), article 25, subparagraph (c). b) of law No. 177-XVI of July 10, 2008 regarding public-private partnerships (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no. 165-166, art. 605), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the objectives, requirements and conditions for public-private partnership for the construction of housing and social objectives-cultural land public property of the State in the field of private law, the cadastral number 3.123 ha, 0100101661 , from n. testemitanu str., nr. 3, mun. Chisinau, which is Ministry of defence Administration (to be attached).
2. designates the Ministry of defence as a public authority responsible for carrying out the procedure of selection of the private partner and the conclusion of the contract, as well as for monitoring the implementation of the project on public-private partnership for the construction of housing and social objectives-cultural.
3. Agency for land relations and cadastre will ensure modification of cadastral documentation in accordance with the provisions of the given decision.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Defence Ministry.
