Examine the application and materials submitted under art. 93, art. 95 and art. 96 of Law nr.1134-XIII from 02.04.1997 "On Joint Stock Companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, Article 1), Art. 69, art. 79 and art. 85 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 82-86, art. 661), Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette Moldova's 2007 nr.117-126 BIS)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. Authorizing the reorganization:
- stock company "ECOPLANTSERE" (str. Calea Basarabiei 18, mun., IDNO 1002600048777) by conversion to a limited liability company;
- Stock company "LEAP Basarabia" (str. Calea Ieşilor 55, mun., IDNO 1003600093752) by dismantling (separation) transfer of a part of the heritage of the newly created company LLC "CAVITIS group."
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
