Published: 15.01.2016 in Official Gazette No. 2-12 art Nr: 17 In accordance with the provisions of the law on health care no. 411 of 28 March 1995, the Government decision No. 1387 of 10 December 2007 approving the Programme of mandatory health care insurance ", as amended and supplemented, the Ministry of health, in accordance with point 9 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of health, approved by Government decision No. 397 from 31.05.2011 , and National health insurance, in accordance with point 29 lit. e) of the Statute, approved by Government decision No. 156 of 11.02.2002, a R D a N: i. detailed scope 2015 programme of compulsory medical insurance (see section IV "payment method and criteria concerning the contracting of medical services providers"), approved by the order of Ministry of health and the national company for health insurance no. 400/230 of 28 may 2015 is amended as follows: 1. point 144 new expose: "144. The annual amount for carrying out performance indicators is 24 705.9 thousand lei, including:-pointer 1-21 107.5 MDL marker 2-3 598.4 thou lei. ";
2. point 172 expose in the new editorial board: "172. The amount for the costly consumables used in special programs specified in paragraphs 165 lit) constitute 29 567.9 thou lei. "
