Pursuant to article 1. 22 of law No. 64-XII from 31 May 1990 on Government (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 131-132, 1018), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. There shall be established the National Council for the integrated management of the State border. Approving the Composition of the National Council: integrated management of the State border, in accordance with the annex. 1. Regulation on the Organization and functioning of the National Council for the integrated management of the State border, in accordance with the annex. 2.3. Shall be repealed: Decision No. 855 of 21 September 2010 on the National Council for the Integrated Management of the State border "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 182-189, 949).
Point 43 amendments and additions from what is operating in some decisions of the Government, approved by Government decision No. 925 of 12 December 2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, nr. 270-272, section 1013).
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Interior Ministry.
