with regard to the modification of CCA No. 27/127 of 14 July 2015, following the examination of "MEDIAMAX" LTD



Published: 15.01.2016 in Official Gazette No. 2-12 art Nr: 26 "MEDIAMAX" LLC, founder of television station "TV Sports", Moldova has submitted the notification of the electronic media watchdog CCA No. 1100-01 of 27 October 2015, requesting approval of amendments to the "sport", Moldova supported financially by the CCA in the Fund of support of broadcasters by decision No. 27/127 of 14 July 2015. The applicant argues that these changes will greatly improve the contents of the message and the impact of the issue on the viewers, and by changing the name of the show, the tv station "Sport TV" aims to provide the public interventions with exclusive national and international champions.
Therefore, the tv station "Sports" TV Moldova shall require the following changes: the name of the show: "Moldova" into "sports Champions";
Duration: 60 min in 50 min.;
Day and time: weekly on Thursday (8 p.m.) and the replay Saturday (09:00) in the weekly Sunday (8 p.m.) and resume on Tuesday (6:00 pm) and Thursday (8 p.m.).
In accordance with the decision of BCC nr. 27/127 of 14 July 2015, "MEDIAMAX" LLC, founder of television station "Moldova", presented the project "Moldova" sports section: promoting European values; theme: promoting a healthy lifestyle. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement programs of 54 60 min. each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.
During the meeting, the representative of the public enterprise "MEDIAMAX" LLC, founder of television station "Moldova", stated that at the time of presentation of the project, the duration of the show has not been provided for advertising, thus lessening the calls from the tv show 60 minutes in 50 minutes with other additional compliance shows the total volume of emissions 54 hours, according to the CCA Decision nr. 27/127 of 14 July 2015.
As a result of the public debate, in accordance with the foregoing, and pursuant to the provisions of art. 39, 40, 41 the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised and status, approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, CCA DECIDES: 1. To accept the approach no. 1100-01 of 27 October 2015 the firm "MEDIAMAX" LLC, founder of television station Sport TV Moldova "(PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, m. OBI-MÎŢU, c. HADARCA, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, O. BARBALATA, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO).
2. To modify and complement the CCA Decision nr. 27/127 of 14 July 2015-With respect to the balance of your selection of audiovisual programmes, to provide financial resources for the Fund for the support of broadcasters, for the year 2015, announced by decision No. 20/102 of 5 June 2015 (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, m. OBI-MÎŢU, c. HADARCA, Iu. CARLSON, B. DAMASCUS, O. BARBALATA, A. CASTILLO, O. GUŢUŢUI, D. VALENTINO). Thus, section IX of part of BCC'S Decision nr. 27/127 of 14 July 2015, will be as follows: "(IX). "MEDIAMAX" LLC, founder of television station "Moldova", presented the project of the "Champions" to Promote European values: section; theme: promoting a healthy lifestyle. Broadcaster is to implement a total volume of 54 hours of broadcasting in Romanian language, which will be aired weekly. Project cost-28 392 euros. Amount requested from CCA-28 392 euros. "
3. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction, approval and monitoring licensing.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
