IM. "ORANGE MOLDOVA" SA Chisinau mun., As the founder of the studio TV cell mobile network "ORANGE MOLDOVA" by application no. 6712 of 18 November 2015 requested the CCA updating the authorization conditions retransmission series AB no. 000 182 of 09/12/2013, by approving the offer of program services retransmitted.
In accordance with Art. 28, 29 and 40 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute BCC art. 36 para. (2) of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and under documents submitted by the company nominated Broadcasting Coordinating Council

DECIDED:

1. Accepting application no. 6712 of 18 November 2015 JV company "ORANGE MOLDOVA" SA (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Barbalić O. Iu. COLESNIC, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery, M. ONCEANU-Hadirca, D. VICOL).
1.1. A re-conclude the permit conditions retransmission series AB no. 000 182 of 09.12.2013 issued Î.M. "ORANGE MOLDOVA" SA by approving the Offering services retransmitted program and issued a new form (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Barbalić O. Iu. COLESNIC, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery M. ONCEANU-Hadirca, D. VICOL).
(Annex no. 1 to 17 TV channels and 11 Radio stations) TV channels
:
Moldova 1, TVR Moldova, Jurnal TV, Publika TV, Pro TV Chisinau TV Voice of Bessarabia, Moldova Reality TV CTC Mega, CTC Moldova, Super TV, MBC, Fashion TV, Clubbing TV, Euronews, France 24, TV 5 Monde and DW;
Radio stations: Radio Moldova
National Pro FM Chisinau, Publika FM, Maestro FM, FM Muz, Jurnal FM, Voice of Bessarabia, Hit FM, Radio Alla, Radio Style, Europa Plus Moldova.
2. Updating the conditions for the authorization of retransmission Î.M. "ORANGE MOLDOVA" SA will pay a fee of 250 lei.
March. Programs offer services to Î.M. "ORANGE MOLDOVA" SA (approved by Decision CCA no. 142 of 09/12/2013) is declared invalid and will be kept in the file holder.
